Pancakes

Ingredients :

  • Num-Num powder- 4 tbsp
  • Powdered Sugar- 2 tbsp
  • Melted Butter- 1 tbsp
  • Milk- as required
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • Baking Powder- ½ tsp (optional)

Procedure :

  1. Mix in num-num powder, powdered sugar, salt and baking powder.
  2. Add the butter and milk as required to get a batter like consistency. (Avoid lumps).
  3. Heat up a pan and grease it with butter. Take a ladle full of batter and spread evenly on the pan.
  4. Cover it with a lid and cook for 2 mins of a medium-low flame. Flip over and cook the other side.
  5. Enjoy these healthy pancakes with honey, maple syrup or chocolate sauce along with any fresh fruits of your choice.
