Ingredients: Organic sprouted ragi and nothing else
Benefits:
- Ragi contains a high amount of protein and fibre
- Ragi is super-easy to digest and is free of gluten. Because it is non-glutinous and non-acidic, it can be easily digested by your kid
- Ragi contains a high amount of calcium which no other cereal can provide. It is also rich in Vitamin D. An infant requires sufficient nutrition to strengthen their bones and muscles, and Ragi flour for babies can serve the purpose.
- Deficiency of iron leads to anaemia, and therefore, it is important to add iron to your baby’s diet. Ragi flour for babies is 100% natural with high fibre content.
Shelf Life:
Best before 10 months from MFD. Best to store in an air tight container in cool dry place or in a refrigerator.
How to make your porridge:
- 1. Sterilize the pan, bowl, and spoons with hot water
- 2. Take 2 tablespoons of porridge in a pan
- 3. Add 150 ml of water slowly to the porridge powder. Stir the mixture to avoid lumps in it.
- 4. Cook the mixture on medium flame for 8 mins.
- 5. Add some jaggery/dates powder to sweeten it.
- 6. Add 2 spoons of milk when the porridge is lukewarm.
- 7. Do not add salt or sugar for babies below 1 year.
