Dosas

Ingredients :

  • Num-Num Powder- 4 tbsp
  • Curd – 2 tbsp
  • Ghee – 1tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – ¼ tsp
  • Any Finely Grated Veggies Of Your Choice – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Procedure :

  1. Take 4 tbsp Num-Num powder in a bowl and add 2 tbsp curd and mix well. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  2. Now add water to make a batter like consistency. (Remove lumps if any.)
  3. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and splutter the cumin seeds. Add this to the dosa batter along with any finely grated veggies of your choice. Add salt and mix well.
  4. Heat up a pan and grease it with oil/butter. Make dosas and cook well from both sides.
  5. Enjoy these power-packed dosas with any home-made sauce or chutney of your choice!!
