Dosas
Ingredients :
- Num-Num Powder- 4 tbsp
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Ghee – 1tsp
- Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – ¼ tsp
- Any Finely Grated Veggies Of Your Choice – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Procedure :
- Take 4 tbsp Num-Num powder in a bowl and add 2 tbsp curd and mix well. Keep aside for 15 mins.
- Now add water to make a batter like consistency. (Remove lumps if any.)
- Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and splutter the cumin seeds. Add this to the dosa batter along with any finely grated veggies of your choice. Add salt and mix well.
- Heat up a pan and grease it with oil/butter. Make dosas and cook well from both sides.
- Enjoy these power-packed dosas with any home-made sauce or chutney of your choice!!
