1. Sterilize the pan, bowl, and spoons with hot water
2. Take 2 tablespoons of porridge in a pan
3. Add 150 ml of water slowly to the porridge powder. Stir the mixture to avoid lumps in it.
4. Cook the mixture on medium flame for 8 mins.
5. Add some jaggery/dates powder to sweeten it.
6. Add 2 spoons of milk when the porridge is lukewarm.
7. Do not add salt or sugar for babies below 1 year.
