Kheer
Ingredients :
- Num-Num powder- 2 tbsp
- Ghee- 1tsp
- Milk- 1/3 cup
- Jaggery- 2 tbsp
- Chopped Dry Fruits
Procedure :
- Heat ghee in a saucepan and add the Num-Num powder. Roast this for 1-2 mins.
- Now add warm milk and stir well to avoid lumps. Bring this to a boil.
- Add the chopped dry fruits and jaggery and cook well. (Till jaggery melts).
- Serve this warm and nutri-packed Num-Num Kheer to your little ones and see their simles!!
