Pancakes
Ingredients :
- Num-Num powder- 4 tbsp
- Powdered Sugar- 2 tbsp
- Melted Butter- 1 tbsp
- Milk- as required
- Pinch Of Salt
- Baking Powder- ½ tsp (optional)
Procedure :
- Mix in num-num powder, powdered sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Add the butter and milk as required to get a batter like consistency. (Avoid lumps).
- Heat up a pan and grease it with butter. Take a ladle full of batter and spread evenly on the pan.
- Cover it with a lid and cook for 2 mins of a medium-low flame. Flip over and cook the other side.
- Enjoy these healthy pancakes with honey, maple syrup or chocolate sauce along with any fresh fruits of your choice.
